Shipping policy

We offer free shipping via Canada Post on Canadian orders which remain duty-free within Canada.  A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as tracking information is available. We ship orders Monday – Friday during standard business hours and do our best to ensure your order is processed promptly.  Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Our island is serviced by ferries so delays may occur due to rural delivery locations, weather conditions, carrier issues or events beyond our control.
